We work with D2C companies and consumer brands that have an important product, engineering, or operating priority and want a focused technical partner.
What kinds of problems can you work on?
The scope is not limited to a fixed service menu. It can include growth, margin, pricing, demand, inventory, customer experience, operations, automation, or a new capability that crosses several of those areas.
How does an engagement begin?
We begin with the problem, current systems, constraints, decision owners, and an observable definition of success. The team and plan are then shaped around that context.
How quickly can work begin?
Timing depends on scope, access, and the capabilities required. Once those are clear, we agree a start, initial team, and first production milestone.
Where does the code live?
Customer code stays in the customer’s repositories and systems. Access, documentation, handoff, and removal are handled as part of the engagement.
Can you work across different AI models?
Yes. We select models and tools around quality, latency, cost, privacy, and control instead of locking a product to one provider.
How is each team structured?
The team is designed around the problem. Product, software, data, infrastructure, AI, evaluation, and delivery capabilities are combined where the work requires them.
Can you work alongside our permanent team?
Yes. We work in the company’s systems, document continuously, and can hand work to permanent employees or continue operating it with them.
Can you support an ongoing roadmap?
Yes. An engagement can begin with one defined outcome and continue as the company, its systems, and its priorities evolve.
What does an engagement cost?
Engagements are scoped around the problem and team on a monthly structure. We do not publish a fixed rate card, and the planning tools on the service pages use reader-controlled assumptions rather than quotes.
